It’s hard to believe, but the Ex Ordo platform is now 13 years old.

In that time, it has powered thousands of conferences and been used by millions of researchers around the world. But running a platform for over a decade comes with a challenge: the risk of becoming the very thing we set out to replace — a legacy platform.

To avoid that fate, Ex Ordo has spent the past two years completing a major infrastructure upgrade — a significant investment designed to future-proof the platform and ensure it remains the most modern, adaptable conference management solution on the market. This work is about more than technology; it’s about ensuring our partners can continue to depend on a platform that grows with them, not against them.
