If you’re a repeat customer at Ex Ordo, we can now export your conference’s settings and use them to set up your next conference so that you don’t have to start from scratch.
Organiser Roles for all Sessions
Conference admins can now specify which roles their session organisers are filling for all sessions in their content studio, not just panel sessions. Now our customers can set anyone as Discussant, Convenor and Panel Chair in their event site, the previously this functionality was limited to Panel sessions only. .
Expanded Attendee Engagement in Ex Ordo Mobile
We’ve added the ability for delegates to scan a QR code to check themselves into a session & delegates can now include a message when connecting with another. So if you're interested in building a more connected engaged experience make sure to use the Ex Ordo Mobile.
Paypal Payment Gateway
Conference organisers can now collect registration payments using their Paypal Business account.

In our communication centre, conference admins can now choose to send Call for Papers messages only to those that have not yet received a Call for Papers email.

With a strong focus on improving usability and streamlining workflows, these new features show a continued commitment to serving the evolving needs of conference organisers, reviewers, and delegates.
