Our new People Hub, Fee Requirements, and Naylor AMS Integration each add a powerful slice of functionality to Ex Ordo, but together, they combine to solve that pesky pain point - how can we offer different prices to our members? Before this, admins were forced to cross check fee eligibility after their delegates had already registered - to a considerable degree of frustration and effort. Now, by using these three features together, delegates will only ever be able to purchase the fees you allow them to purchase.
These features also bring value separately, and they tee us up to continue to build and add more power to the system in the coming months.
We're excited to show them to you. Read on to learn more about each of them, and if you have any feedback for us, or want to learn more about any of the features mentioned, please reach out to product@exordo.com.
The People Hub
The new People Hub is available on all Ex Ordo conferences and gives admins a space to view and manage the delegates within their conference, and to create and assign tags to them.
Admins can create as many tags as they need, and assign them to their delegates in whatever way suits them. And, as you'll read further down, integrations will also manage the assignment of tags too.
We're launching the People Hub with a few helpful features but we're most excited about the potential this new hub gives to our platform over the coming months and years. We're excited to add a number of delegate management features and look forward to hearing your feedback.
Conferences that are using our Registration product can now set requirements on their registration fees, workshop tickets and social tickets. Delegates can only purchase a ticket if they meet the requirements for that fee or ticket.
Admins can require the delegate to have any or all of a set of tags. These tags can be manually assigned in the People Hub, imported, or managed by an association integration like our Naylor AMS Integration.
This powerful feature gives our admins more flexibility to customise their registration forms to meet their needs. No more cross checking after the fact to see if delegates are eligible to purchase the fees or tickets that they've already paid for.
Ex Ordo admins can now integrate their Ex Ordo conference with their Naylor AMS. The integration is easy to setup and available to all conferences that use both systems.
Once configured, Ex Ordo will automatically manage the assignment of tags to your delegates, ensuring that each delegate has the tag appropriate to their Membership Type in Naylor. You can then make use of these tags in other areas of your conferences, such as when setting up fee requirements.
Naylor AMS is just the first of many AMS integrations that we're planning. If you like the sound of this but are use a different AMS provider, we'd love to hear who it is.
If you've ideas or feedback to share about the anything shared in this article, we'd love to hear from you! Please reach out to us at product@exordo.com.
