We'd Love to Meet You at ASAE 2026
If you run a scholarly conference for your association, you know how much work it takes: collecting submissions, running peer review, building a programme. We've spent years building software that makes it easier, and we've helped thousands of conferences and researchers along the way. This year we've got something big to show you in person.
Paul & Brian, Ex Ordo
Everything Your Scholarly Event Needs
Your annual conference, annual meeting, or symposium can be one of the most complex things your association organises. Ex Ordo covers every stage, and connects it to the systems your organisation already runs on.
Event Mobile App
An Android and iOS app synced directly from Ex Ordo with 1 click of a button. Your programme, speakers, and session details in delegates' hands before they arrive.
99.97% Uptime
Our uptime means the amount of time we're available and operational. We're proud of our 99.97% uptime track record.
Security
Our software is PCI compliant. Encryption (HTTPS) means any information you/your delegates upload is secure. Each piece of data you store with us is owned by you.
Integrations
Ex Ordo connects to the systems your association already runs on, from membership and CRM to payment providers, so your conference data flows where it needs to.
Panels/Symposia
Our panels feature (or special session or symposia or whatever you choose to call it) gives more power to organisers who want to run seamless panel sessions at your conference.
Book of Proceedings
Generate print-ready and digital proceedings directly from your accepted submissions. No reformatting, no chasing authors for final files. A polished output, produced in hours.
Real Human Support
A named contact, hands-on support, and deep expertise in scholarly events. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue. Unlimited email support from 9am to 6pm GMT.
Connected System
No more shifting data between systems. Everything stays connected across the platform, giving you one central place to manage your entire conference.
Peer Review That Works as Hard as Your Reviewers
Running peer review for a scholarly conference is one of the most complex parts of the job. Ex Ordo takes the pressure off. Assign submissions to reviewers by expertise, manage conflicts of interest automatically, and send decisions to authors in bulk, all from one place.
Our peer review tools are built specifically for scholarly events. No workarounds, no manual spreadsheets, no lost emails.

An Online Event Space Your Attendees Will Actually Use
Your conference doesn't have to lose its energy online. Ex Ordo gives your audience a space to gather: host highlights and star speakers in live sessions, build a rich library of on-demand video presentations, and let attendees browse posters and papers at their own pace. Discussions, questions, and interaction included.
Whether you're running fully virtual or adding an online layer to an in-person event, your content stays in one place, with no third-party platforms, no broken links, and no frantic day-of workarounds.

A First Look at Your Future Workspace
Over the past year we've been rebuilding Ex Ordo from the ground up: a faster core engine, a cleaner and more consistent interface, and powerful new tools like Global Search and a reimagined Drag-and-Drop Assigner. It's the biggest modernisation in our history, and we're only getting started.
ASAE 2026 is where we want to show it to you first. Come by Booth 212 for a live look at what's coming, and tell us what you think. Your feedback shapes what we build next.

Join Us for Drinks
We're hosting an informal drinks reception during ASAE 2026. Come meet the Ex Ordo team, catch up with fellow conference organisers, and raise a glass to another year of great scholarly events.

Need clarification?
What kinds of conferences does Ex Ordo support?
Ex Ordo is built for scholarly events, conferences, symposia, and meetings that collect research submissions, put them through peer review, and use those submissions to build a programme. We support scientific, medical, academic, and technical events of all sizes, from 50-paper single-track conferences to large multi-track annual meetings.
How is Ex Ordo different from a general event platform?
Most event platforms are built for ticketed events, that's concerts, corporate functions, trade shows. Ex Ordo is built exclusively for scholarly events: conferences that collect research submissions, put them through peer review, and build a programme from the results. That specificity matters. Our features, our support team, and our product roadmap are all shaped by the needs of scientific, academic, medical, and technical conferences, not the wider events industry.
Can Ex Ordo integrate with our association management system?
Yes. Connecting conference workflows to wider organisational systems, membership, CRM, and publication tools, is one of the three core problems Ex Ordo is built to solve. We support integrations with association management systems and are committed to ongoing integration development. If you have a specific system in mind, talk to us at Booth 212 and we'll tell you exactly where we stand.
What submission types can we collect?
Ex Ordo supports abstracts, full papers, posters, panel proposals, symposia, and workshop submissionsm all through configurable forms you build yourself. You set the word limits, required fields, file upload types, topic categories, and co-author requirements. If your conference has a non-standard submission format, we can accommodate it.
